Perpetual pregnancy

While at the doctor for my girlfriend's first prenatal check up today I came up with an idea for a comic, sketch or something.

A woman who is is always pregnant but never gives birth to the child.

The kid would live normally, but entirely inside the womb. There would be a crack or two about him not being able to go out to play as a kid. As he got older there would be arguments over who would take the car and smoking especially.

A frame about a very awkward first date would be great.
